love&hate

i figured out. love&hate can b together in one's feelings towards another.
like how this guy who u thought was the one, u truly love n loved him, but now with everything hes doing, jus makes u hate him.
like how a girlfriend whom u always hang out with, u truly love her as a friend, but when it comes to certain things u jus wanna stab her in the baack : that's a hate situation.
but how do we avoid all these emotions to overrule our thoughts...?
